Our client is conducting an exciting transformation in which their Organizational Development team is playing an important role. They are now looking for a new Organizational Development Specialist to join the team and be part of this transformational journey!
The OD Specialist is both a strategic and tactical role with direct involvement in the business. Working in tandem with HR Business Partners, the OD Specialist will be expected to provide support and subject matter expertise in the following areas:
- Organizational Design
- Change Management - devising and executing change plans
- Performance Management
- Stakeholder Management
- Hands-on delivery of solutions
The ideal candidate would bring:
- At least five years of dedicated experience in a similar role - strong experience in Organizational Design is required
- Hands-on approach to planning and execution in a high volume environment
- A truly entrepreneurial mindset along with the understanding of corporate structure, as the organization continues to evolve
- Strong team focus and team-player attitude, while being able to work independently
- High degree of innovation with practicalities in mind
- Ability to prioritize and work in an exhilarating environment with ever-changing priorities
