Job Description

An international automotive-part supplier is looking to add to its fast-growing Talent Management team. The company believes its people is what make it an industry leader in innovation, plastic processing and an Automotive Tier 1 supplier.

Our client is looking to add a Director of Talent and Organizational Effectiveness, a brand-new position that reports into the Chief Human Resources Officer, providing leadership to the organization’s people/talent and Organizational Effectiveness Agenda, while supporting the company’s evolving culture.

Further responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

  • Lead global talent strategy and related initiatives
  • Collaborate globally with business leaders, HR Directors and Talent on the creation and implementation of individual development plans
  • Develop new business processes and tools related to Talent Management, which including performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, leadership training and development, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI)
  • Conduct Internal communication
  • Creating the talent agenda and strategy as well as the programs to go with the strategy

What You’ll Bring:

  • Accomplished Human Resources Leader with 10+ years of progressive experience in multinational environment
  • University Degree
  • Experience building Talent Programs from scratch
  • Both strategic and hand-on leader
  • Manufacturing experience considered a strong asset
  • Customer focused and a good listener
  • Proven track record in driving change
