Job Description
We are partnering with a global financial services company to recruit a Manager of Sales Compensation to join their dynamic team. This position will be working on an initiative to build alignment of the design and payment of their global sales programs (Canada and the US predominantly, with some sales people in other countries). It's a high-profile role where you will work with the C-suite executives and business leaders to redesign the programs for a 2024 launch.
Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to
- Review, design and implement the sales comp based on global alignment
- Lead the global incentive design project for 2024 implementation
- Communication and change management
- Post-implementation reviews and compensation recommendations
