Job Description

A well-known leading Canadian organization is looking to hire a Manager, Compensation & HR Analytics. It is a true leadership position reporting to the Senior Director, Total Rewards. The company is based in Vaughan with a Hybrid work arrangement. You will be working two days in the office and three days remotely each week.


Main responsibilities:  

  • Manage the year end process, review merit and bonus recommendation to ensure compliance, support Senior Director, Total Rewards in consolidation for senior leadership review and approval, partnership with Payroll for timely process;
  • Design and streamline compensation structure, processes and programs (salary administration, incentive plans etc.) to ensure competitiveness with trends, practices, and affordability;
  • Coach and manage a small team;
  • Manage the development, delivery and execution of reports, dashboards, and insights to support the business in tracking key metrics and help measure success with the People strategy;
  • Manage the delivery of People analytics by compiling and analyzing data (e.g. turnover, headcount, DE&I statistics, performance, hires, promotions, workforce planning, engagements etc);
  • Prepare visualization and presentation for executive level audience (e.g. board materials) to convey actionable insights and trends. Identify opportunities of improvements and process streamlining
