Our client is looking to add a Manager of Talent Acquisition to join its growing Human Resources team. This incumbent will be responsible for leading a team of three recruitment professionals to fill new jobs across all levels and departments.
Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:
- Build and scale a global recruitment function
- Attract, manage, develop and retain a team of global Talent Acquisition Specialists
- Act as a trusted advisor and business partner to hiring managers and key stakeholders at leadership levels across the business
- Research and suggest continuous ways to improve the Talent Acquisition function
- Manage and drive-full cycle recruitment
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of Talent Acquisition Experience
- Experience partnering with executive leadership teams
- Previous experience in a tech business considered a strong asset
- Experience in leading diversity and inclusion initiatives and programs
- Experience leading high-performance teams
